To improve your experience of our after-sales services, we have launched a new service for your contactless maintenance and repairs. From now on, you can leave your keys in a secure locker and collect them at the end of our service without having to go through our reception.

Avoid queuing and keep contact with our staff to a minimum for everyone's safety.

Who can use this service? 

Anyone can use this service subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions. 

I have booked the Keydrop Express service. What do I need to do

You have received a confirmation email explaining the procedure to follow in order to use the service. All you have to do is go to the kiosk between 5.30 pm the day before and 7.30 am on the day of your appointment. Enter your mobile phone and number plate information directly on the screen and the locker will open. 

What is the Keydrop Express locationID? 

The locker number is located on the Keydrop Express totem. It is a 3 digit code.

At what time can I collect my keys? 

You will receive an SMS when we have finished our work on your vehicle. The SMS contains the Google Maps link to the locker and a link to open the locker.

I left my keys in the locker, but I would like them back. How can I do this? 

It is not possible to collect the keys after the deposit. However, you can visit the mechanical reception during opening hours.

I don't know how to open the locker to drop my keys. 

To open the locker, please follow the instructions on the screen: enter your mobile phone number and your plate number. You will also have to validate the general conditions.

I can't open the locker to get my keys. 

To open the locker, you need to check whether you have received an SMS inviting you to use the service. If so, follow the link in the SMS and enter the 3-digit code located at the bottom of the totem pole.


What do I do if I have deleted my SMS?

Visit the mechanical reception during opening hours.
